A shot of ambulance adrenaline...

Greetings,

Today was an interesting day, Fridays always seem to be a good day. It starts eight a.m with a two hour clinical studies lecture. And right after a clinical studies tutorial which is mainly the practical of this course.

These days was quite special because a live running ambulance was able to show up for show and tell. We are one of the lucky years to have the privilege to have one at university. Grateful for the Bathurst ambulance station to lend a hand to those who share the same passion with pre-hospital care.

Our tutorial group were able to sit in the driver’s seat, play, touch with the equipment, and learn more about our field of work within this vehicle made from heaven. I especially sat in the driver’s seat and imagined myself driving real, real fast, skidding on wet surfaces, hearing the sirens pumped up real loud that your ear drums burst and high beaming each light on the ambulance that it causes epileptic fits.

It was a crazy imagination! But motivating. I was also able to use the stretcher and taking it in and out of the boot. It’s doesn’t look easy I must say. Everything takes a lot of technique.

Here’s a picture of one of the beauties on road...

Today was the best. Yesterday on the other hand was not entirely a day I would classify as the “best”. It was good though I might say. I received a re-submit for my professional studies and I really don’t want to blame anyone or anything but my incompetence of poor proper sentencing and grammar.

I now accept the fact that my sentences are completely oblivious and downright terrible. I think that’s why I love blogging, I don’t really have to worry about spelling, grammar or proper sentencing. But as a university student it’s a standard I must keep consistent. I want to refer to a blogger I constantly read when updated, blog title “don’t mind the bad grammar and spelling mistakes” how great is that yeah? (no offence to my fellow blogger) I don’t intend to make it a mockery, just evidence that blogging can be anything you want.

Due to my bad grammar my lecturer has been supportive and has become a great help. She helped me identify my weaknesses and was able to direct me into the right intervention. I do want to be competent in academic essay style writing and excel in future assessments.

I feel like I have to do English all over again but at a ESL level. No shame there, just need to kick in it overdrive pretty soon. So forgive my past, present and future, bad grammar and sentencing.

So here I start the hard work now and let it roll in the long term. Here’s a new motto i learned today P’s get Degrees, or even D’s get Degrees. Let’s live by hard work not shortcuts!

As the rich people say Ta-Ta.

until next time
keep blogging or get into blogging

in Him, we live

relgin.
keep smiling =(
