welcoming a new member...

Greetings,

Just a short one, recently I have achieved and earned my green "P" privileges. That being, recognized as a manual and automatic driver. Because for some awesome reason when your in the green "P" stages your eligible to drive both stick and automatic drives. So starting off as automatic driver I am now able and capable of driving a stick shift. It did take determination and a teacher to help me a achieve this and I am over the moon.

Why until now am I only starting to drive stick shift? Why not earlier or to begin with? I did not have a car that was stick shift, but now that I do all thanks to God I have a car of my own. I use to drive an automatic black Peugeot station wagon which is normally a little bigger than your average car but now I drive half the car I use to drive with stick shifting. The model of my car is a Clio Sports, made by Renault in 2003 (sticking with European cars) and this little beast has a little kick and gruesome (being awesome) handling.

I fell in love with this car a while back and all of the sudden I actually got what I loved. Its like a dream come true, (Thank you God, once again). Although I'm a granny shifter and back to driving like an "L" plater, I'm becoming more acquainted with .... (name of my car inserts here), no official name yet.
