Greetings,
Sitting for a long period of time makes your bum flat, aches your knees, and only makes you not get up anymore (so makes us lazy). I probably sit inside in front of a computer screen for too long, not enough clean air and sunlight for me. I'm becoming a blind nerd and anti-social, but I'm trying to get back into my usually normal habits like jogging every morning, reading, going to church, going to the gym, eating more healthy, hanging out with friends and chores. Lol yes chores, I sit too much on a computer chair.
Lately its been like wake up breakfast, facebook, bludge, university related stuff, bludge lunch, sleep, bludge, facebook, bludge and then minimal university work, bludge, bludge and sleep. I counted six bludge sessions a day. Where I can possibly put some real and productive work in my day. This is terrible, I need to restart and become more aware of this!
Well its been an exception for these last couple of weeks because of clinical placement. These weeks have become hard to adjust and to establish a good work plan for a week. But right after this week I'm going to get my act together. I'm going to change my habits and my physical activity that seem to be orbiting this activity called "bludging". I need to get out of this computer chair and face the sun more.
I still have a lot of university to do and its creating more stress for me, thus giving me more white hairs, yes I'm aging too fast. I think I might be getting a early stomach ulcer because of stress. I need to get my act together to reduce this!
I gotta stop sitting around for too long!
